The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 £ per year.
We are looking for innovative, motivated and passionate children’s nurses who enjoy the challenges and excitement of a busy, acute general Paediatric Ward and Paediatric Assessment Unit . Your remit would cover both our emergency care and elective care patients giving a wide variety of opportunities.
As a team we are committed to providing the highest quality of patient care and we are highly motivated, friendly and forward thinking. Our philosophy of ‘Putting Children First’ is at the heart of our approach to ensure that all Children and Young People’s needs are met.
We work together as a multi-disciplinary team alongside our Clinicians, A and E team, Specialist Nurses, Paediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Paediatric Physiotherapists to facilitate a rich learning environment, maximizing our knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of care to children and their families., To provide a high standard of nursing care for infants, Children and Young People, within a family centered environment, in accordance with the ward philosophy.
To provide support for junior colleagues, students, Clinical Sisters and Ward Manager, adhering to national and trust guidelines.
To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to take charge of any nursing shift as required.
