Are you a Neonatal Nurse with experience of working within a Neonatal unit, who is looking for a new and exciting challenge with the opportunity to enhance your leadership, management and professional development? Consider joining our neonatal unit at Warwick Hospital and let us help facilitate your professional journey.

We are a level 1 unit with 11 cots. About 3,000 babies a year are born at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust with 350–400 babies admitted to SCBU. We also have a 4-bedded Transitional Care located on our postnatal ward. We pride ourselves on delivering specific individualised family integrated care. You will need to demonstrate how you ensure this through your work.

To lead and co-ordinate the team to maintain and deliver a high standard of family integrated care to all babies and their families in accordance with the ward philosophy. As the nurse in charge you will support staff on both SCBU and TC.

To ensure maintenance of quality services and operational systems at all times and deputise ward manager in their absence.
