South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit highly caring, compassionate, self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic Clinical Support Workers to assist in delivering high-quality patient care at the \’Aylesford Unit\’ at Warwick Hospital.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the supervision of registered professionals, working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you will contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery by supporting registered professionals in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their families. The Aylesford Unit, opened in January 2009, provides specialist cancer care and supportive treatments for non-cancer patients. CSWs in this unit will gain diverse experience across clinical and administrative roles, rotating through Reception, Phlebotomy, Outpatient Clinics, and the Chemotherapy Treatment Area.
