Role Overview
Gwent, South Wales and Dyfed Powys Fleet Services departments are transitioning from the legacy Tranman fleet management system to a new Civica Cloud-based solution.
The successful candidate will support both Gwent and SWP over a fixed term of up to 12 months, ensuring the integrity of data during the migration and making sure the new system functions as expected.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition from Tranman to Civica Cloud across Gwent, South Wales and Dyfed Powys Fleet Services.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during transfer to the appropriate fields.
- Record any issues, track them to resolution, and communicate progress.
- Mentor staff until they are fully conversant with the new system.
- Travel between Gwent and SWP to provide onsite support as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in fleet or database management systems and strong data governance skills.
Availability to travel between Gwent and SWP is required, and Welsh language proficiency is desirable.
The role is a fixed-term assignment of no longer than 12 months.
