We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Data Assurance Operator in our Force Vetting Unit. An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen within the Force Vetting Unit for a full time Vetting Research Administrator, based at Ty‑Thomas, Bridgend. The post is offered initially on an 11 month temporary basis.
SWP embraces diversity and welcomes applications from everyone with the necessary skills, providing administrative support for the Force Vetting Unit. Duties will be varied and include:
- Typing/word processing
- Maintaining and reviewing filing systems
The post-holder will benefit from agile working policies and will need to be a good communicator, presenting a positive image at all times as will be required to engage with members of the Public and our Partners in addition to South Wales Police employees.
Candidates must have excellent keyboard skills, together with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and preferably have previous administrative experience. They should be comfortable using their initiative and working autonomously.
If you think you have what it takes, then we'd love to hear from you. The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting. Please note, if you are an internal candidate and subject to an ongoing PSD investigation, your appointment or placement in the role may be delayed pending an outcome.
