About The Team/Department You Will Be Joining

The Human Resources team makes this happen, by attracting, developing, and retaining the best people. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to work within our very busy HR Team where you will have the opportunity to support the delivery of a range of projects and services within the department.

About The Role And Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support for a number of projects and services within the Reward Team
  • Coordination of meetings and events
  • Maintain and update internal and external website pages to ensure relevant and up to date content
  • Accurate analysis and presentation of data
  • Manage incoming queries and deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of reward payments
  • Navigate multiple HR systems and accurately review and record information

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role

  • Must have a good standard of education to at least GCSE A-C Level, including Maths and English, or be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and abilities
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Must display excellent organisational and communication skills
