An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer within CTP Wales. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Applicants should have relevant supervisory and administrative experience with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment both as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary.

The successful applicant will have a wide and varied range of responsibilities. The Clerical Officer will monitor and allocate workloads; quality assure work and monitor performance within our small team. The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across CTP Wales and the four Welsh police forces is crucial.

The successful applicant will play a lead role in the continual review and improvement of administrative processes and systems as part of the commitment to continuous improvement. This role is suitable for part time/job share workers. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC level. It is essential that the candidate is prepared to successfully complete the vetting process.
