South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is at a pivotal stage in its digital journey and is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) to help shape a modern, resilient and future‑ready Service. This senior leadership role sits at the heart of our organisation, ensuring digital, data and technology services enable frontline operations, support our workforce and deliver tangible benefits to the communities we serve.
You will be experienced in setting strategy, leading large‑scale change, managing budgets and suppliers, and translating technical capability into clear outcomes that support operational and organisational priorities. Leading a multidisciplinary DDaT team, you will set strategic direction, oversee resilient 24‑7 services, and drive transformation across systems, data, cyber security and digital change.
