We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our welcoming Primary Care Mental Health Team at South Tyneside Health Collaboration. About the role

You will be the first point of contact for patients, carers, and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and understanding welcome. Your key responsibilities include managing appointments, responding to enquiries, and supporting the smooth running of our mental health services. You will register patients, book them with the most appropriate clinicians, and ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.
