Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑class front‑of‑house support in a busy school environment
  • Handle all incoming enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
  • Offer administrative and clerical support to the main office team

  • Team worker committed to delivering an outstanding education for students
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software packages
  • Experience in a customer‑service role
