The Governors of the Mosaic Federation are looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant to support in the Thrive SEN Unit. Mosaic THRIVE is a specialist unit which provides effective early years provision and input for children with an EHCP who have complex needs including autism.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding practitioner with experience of working in both nursery and reception classrooms.
  • Have up to date knowledge and understanding of the early years curriculum and practice.
  • Have experience of assessment and managing journals to a high standard.
  • Demonstrate dedication and passion within their work.
  • Care and support our children to reach their full potential.

Key workers have responsibility for assessment, and communication with parents. The hours of this post are to reflect the additional time required to complete assessments, undertake parents evenings and reviews.
