As a Teacher of Psychology at Harton Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding education to students at all stages of their secondary journey, including sixth form. Your expertise will help shape engaging learning experiences and drive achievement across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching of A level Psychology, as well as supporting our whole school enrichment and personal development programme across all key stages. The ability to teach Level 3 Criminology and/or Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care would be advantageous.
  • Design and deliver dynamic lessons that engage and challenge students of varying abilities.
  • Foster student progress by utilising a range of formative and summative assessment strategies, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum, equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need for success in examinations and beyond.
