We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our social housing portfolio. You will carry out on-site surveys, assess property condition, and capture accurate data to inform investment planning, compliance and asset management.

Working across the Council’s housing stock, you will use handheld technology to record data and help ensure we deliver high-quality, sustainable homes for our customers. You will be self-motivated, able to manage your workload independently, and committed to delivering great services and homes.
