Responsibilities
- Inspect, monitor, investigate and report street works and road works in line with section 72, and current legislation under NRASWA 1991, TMA 2004, Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice and associated Codes of Practice for Inspection, as well as all health and safety regulations.
- Inspect and report all NRSWA defects within the highway, ensuring compliance with the NRSWA and enabling the Council to hold utility providers to account for their work on the highway network.
