Lead with Purpose – Become a Registered Manager in Our Children's Homes. We're expanding our homes for children cared for, making this a truly exciting time to join South Tyneside Council. We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Children's Homes, where your expertise will shape a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for those who need it most. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory and council standards.

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high‐performing team, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with child, families and external partners.

Qualifications
