Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist HR advice on complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance matters;
  • Absence management and capability;
  • Recruitment and selection;
  • Performance management;
  • Organisational change and workforce planning;
  • Supporting and advising managers at all levels, including up to Directors;
  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on key HR topics.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced and confident HR professional with strong background in employee relations casework;
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Clear communication and pragmatic, solution‑focused advice;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving service area;
  • Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
