Responsibilities
- You will undertake medical assessments for housing applicants seeking to move home because they or someone who lives with them has a serious health problem or disability that is made worse by their current home.
- You will support the pre-tenancy triage service for housing applicants identified as requiring additional support prior to allocation of a tenancy to maximise income and ability to successfully maintain a tenancy.
