Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 10.30 am – 6.30 pm
You will provide an excellent customer focused service by delivering consistently high quality assistance to our customers as the first point of contact, answering and resolving their enquiries and dealing with requests for service efficiently and effectively.
This role is based within our Housing Contact Centre at the Town Hall, South Shields. Hybrid working is available.
