The predicted salary is between 39152 - 47181 £ per year.

Salary: £39,152 to £47,181 pa (Career Grade, with retention payments, subject to review in March 2028).

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a small team, receiving strong guidance and oversight.
  • Identify and build upon the strengths of families.
  • Support families to ensure the safety of the care arrangements for their children.
  • Apply relational and restorative practice principles to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications and Progression:

Social workers who are not yet progressed will be supported through the career progression framework, with the opportunity to complete a progression portfolio and access post‑qualifying training.
