Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Sixth Form to support students experiencing barriers.
- Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, SEND staff, parents/carers, students, and other professionals.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to ensure student success in the Sixth Form.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with young people.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Desirable: background in counselling, mentoring or teaching.
