(Support and Enablement Services, Extra Care Clasper Court)

£28,598 pa pro rata + 10% Shift allowance

As a Shift Leader you will be required to provide support to the Registered Manager also ensuring appropriate supervisory cover at the scheme at all times and providing leadership and support to staff.

Whilst providing high quality person centred support, you will contribute to a range of community services which enable people to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and maintain meaningful lives in their own community.

These posts require people who have the ability to develop excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with the people of South Tyneside.
