South Tyneside Council is seeking an Asylum, Refugee and Migrant Community Integration Worker on a 3-year fixed term contract (37 hours per week) to support individuals and families who have sought asylum or are part of resettlement programmes in South Tyneside.
You will provide practical support, guidance and signposting, work within a case management framework, and liaise with partner organisations to help families settle and access services.
