We are therefore looking for a highly motivated Occupational Therapy Practitioner who is fully committed to supporting people with care and support needs to realise their full potential. You will be joining an integrated multi-disciplinary team which utilises Let’s Talk Together which is our strengths-based approach and as such you will be expected to employ a broad range of interventions such as reablement, major and minor adaptations, equipment and other solutions to support people to remain independent at home.
