Post A – The Word – 11 Hours per Week
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (Weekend Working Enhancement)
Post B – Jarrow – 21 Hours per Week (2‑Week Rota)
- Week 1: Monday 9:30 am – 7:00 pm, Tuesday 9:20 am – 7:10 pm, Saturday 9:50 am – 4:10 pm
- Week 2: Monday 9:30 am – 7:00 pm, Tuesday 9:20 am – 7:10 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer information
- Shelve and process new books and other materials
- Assist the public with the use of ICT facilities
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Library and Information Assistant
- Experience working with children
