Housing Options Officer (Middlefields, South Shields)

Responsibilities
You will provide a comprehensive, customer and outcome focussed Housing Options Service. You will promote a customer centred approach and work with vulnerable customers, their advocates, family, support networks to ensure that homelessness prevention is maximised and effective first point of contact housing advice is given. You will also support tenancy sustainment through a good understanding of relevant legislation, ensuring compliance with policy and practice in relation homeless prevention and housing advice.
