- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting continuity of learning.
- Use advanced knowledge and skills to help plan, monitor and assess learning, while supporting pupils’ welfare, independence and full inclusion in school life.
- Contribute to raising standards of achievement by working flexibly across classes, groups and interventions as required.
We are looking for a confident, organised and reflective practitioner who is ready to take responsibility and work as part of a dedicated team. The successful candidate will bring the professional judgement and interpersonal skills needed to build trust with pupils and staff alike, while remaining adaptable and resilient in a busy secondary environment.
