We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
The position also includes providing targeted support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Ideal candidates will have strong classroom management skills, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all our staff and volunteers to share our commitment. Successful applicants are required to obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
