Extra Care – Hagan Hall, South Tyneside
£25,989 pa pro rata (13.47 ph) plus enhancements.
Hours: 2 × 9 hr shifts per week, shift‑work rota basis on 365 days. Working nights.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, person‑centred support.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and carers.
- Assist residents in making choices and decisions about their lives.
- Work within the Adult Social Care strategy to promote independence and well‑being.
- Support residents to achieve goals and maintain meaningful lives in their community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with residents, families and carers.
- Commitment to supporting adults with choice and control over their support.
- Preferred but optional: full vaccination against COVID‑19 (unless medically exempt) if required to work in a CQC‑regulated care home.
- No skilled‑worker visa sponsorship is currently offered.
