A vacancy has arisen for a Building Surveyor in the New Build and Major Works Team. As a Building Surveyor, your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of a wide range of construction projects across both the domestic and commercial sectors. This will involve:
- Producing job packages and cost estimates for new build and planned maintenance programmes.
- Managing reactive repair and maintenance works.
- Overseeing minor works projects.
- Liaising with procured subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
