Responsibilities
- Champion and promote the use of technology to support independence.
- Manage referrals, assessments, and reviews for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism.
- Work collaboratively to improve health and care outcomes through creative, person-centred solutions.
- Ensure we deliver a cutting edge Technology Enabled Care (TEC) solution that is tailored to each individual person\βs needs.
We\βre looking for someone to join our team who is enthusiastic and passionate about using technology to help people remain independent, and who is committed to empowering people to make choices and live life on their terms. The successful candidate will be ready to embrace change and contribute to a culture of openness, continuous improvement, as well as keeping up to date with the changes in the latest TEC and Smart Home devices, that can support people to live independently at home.
