The predicted salary is between 25668 - 31372 £ per year.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the effective delivery of our Asset Management service. You will be required to provide data administration, customer support and programme co-ordination to help manage our housing assets and investment activities.
You will be responsible for maintaining asset management records and databases, co-ordinating stock condition appointments, supporting the collection and analysis of housing data, and acting as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Working closely with the Asset Management Team, you will contribute to major projects, service improvements and initiatives that help deliver quality, sustainable homes and value for money for our customers.
