The predicted salary is between 52250 - 52250 £ per year.

1x 36 hours a week over 52 weeks a year - £47,737 - £52,250 per annum

1x 18 hours a week over 52 weeks a year - £23,868 - £26,125 per annum

Please note that this post is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards so the successful candidate would not be expected to commence in post prior to August 2026.

The Teaching and Development Coordinator (TDC) is a strategic role focused on embedding high-quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment (TLA) practices across the organisation. Working collaboratively with curriculum, quality and leadership teams, you will play a key role in supporting and evaluating the organisations TLA strategy to drive continuous improvement in teaching practice and learner outcomes.

You will provide coaching, mentoring and professional development support to teaching staff, while contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of CPD and other staff development activities. The role also supports self-assessment, quality improvement planning and inspection readiness, helping to implement and monitor actions that enhance teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation.

As our Coach, you will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
