South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Group Head of Employability to lead and implement strategies for employability across the College Group. This role involves ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement with employers and oversight of work placements. The successful candidate will commence the role in August 2026, as this position is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards.
