The predicted salary is between 32157 - 36991 £ per year.
As a Pastoral Tutor, you will track and monitor the progress of a specific amount of our Further Education learners. This will include conducting 1:1 meetings with learners, delivering College group tutorial programmes, liaising with members of staff and parents/guardians regarding learner progress, and signposting learners to wider support as and when needed. You will also be a part of the College Safeguarding team which will include supporting a caseload of students.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience delivering student workshops or tutorials
- Experience of youth and community work
- Clear understanding of student needs and how to meet them
- A Level 3 qualification in Youth & Community, Education, Psychology, Sociology or Health & Social Care would be an advantage, though not essential
- Experience of careers advice and guidance is also desirable
Remuneration and Employment
£32,157 – £36,991 per annum, plus up to 40 days of leave. Permanent position, 1x FTE (36 hours a week over 52 weeks a year) at Merton College.
