South Thames Colleges Group (Carshalton College) is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Tutor to support students to succeed in their courses and in their overall college experience, working with teaching staff to enhance attendance, retention and achievement.

You will lead timetabled group tutorials and coordinate a rolling programme of 1:1 tutorials, oversee initial and diagnostic assessments, identify individual support needs and ensure ALS provision, and you will deliver workshop activities.
