The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
Permanent, Part Time (14.4 hours per week). We are looking for a Group Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administration support to the Apprenticeship Group Unit and Apprenticeship staff, to support the effective management and delivery of apprenticeships and its operation within each College.
Working as part of a team, you will liaise with Apprenticeship staff and cross-college services on apprentice and staff matters and manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to apprenticeships/curriculum. You will provide effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression, and admissions within each College.
This role would suit someone who is educated to Level 3 as a minimum and who has experience of providing strong administrative support within a fast-paced environment in an Apprenticeship setting. You will be a strong communicator with a high level of computer literacy, able to organise and prioritise, working effectively under pressure.
Whilst the role is predominantly based at South Thames College (Wandsworth Campus), you will be required to travel to and work from any of the STCG sites.
The benefits package includes generous annual leave of 27 days plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year as well as an additional 5 days Wellbeing leave to enhance employees' physical and mental health. The benefits package will be pro-rated for part time staff.
