The predicted salary is between 12000 - 18000 £ per year.
Ensuring the examination venues are arranged in accordance with awarding body regulations, you will collect exam materials from the exams office punctually prior to the start of examinations and manage the entry of candidates into exam venues, ensuring belongings and unauthorised items are appropriately stored. You will open and distribute question papers, complete the attendance register whilst identifying students, complete the Examinations' Diary as appropriate, and maintain vigilance during the length of the whole examination.
Responsibilities
- Ensure examination venues are arranged in accordance with awarding body regulations.
- Collect exam materials from the exams office punctually before examinations start.
- Manage the entry of candidates into exam venues and ensure belongings and unauthorised items are stored appropriately.
- Open and distribute question papers.
- Complete the attendance register while identifying students.
- Complete the Examinations' Diary as appropriate.
- Maintain vigilance throughout the examination session.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in examination administration.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to control an examination venue containing up to 400 candidates.
- Excellent communication skills; meticulous and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure; a team player.
