South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Senior Recreation Assistant to supervise the day-to-day operation of our Arena facilities. You will lead a small team of Recreation Assistants, set up equipment, manage bookings, undertake reception duties and handle customer enquiries with professionalism.
You will perform risk assessments, report hazards, ensure facilities and equipment are safe and ready for use, and liaise with Facilities and Administration teams.
