Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are seeking an ALS Administrator to be responsible for entering specialised data onto the Inclusive Learning Support database and to manage related ALS quality audit processes and systems. Facilitating the effective management of sensitive learner information, as well as monitoring and updating the department's Inboxes, you will be responsible for all learner support administrative and financial activities, and you will provide a range of administrative support functions to the Commissioning Manager.

We are looking for someone educated to GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A.

Responsibilities
  • Enter specialised data onto the Inclusive Learning Support database and manage related ALS quality audit processes and systems.
  • Facilitate the effective management of sensitive learner information and monitor and update the department's inboxes.
  • Be responsible for all learner support administrative and financial activities.
  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to the Commissioning Manager.
Qualifications
  • C in English and Maths.
  • Experience managing administrative and financial activities in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work with and record budgets effectively and responsibly.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage quality audit processes and systems.
  • Ability to organise, manage, and coordinate collection and collation of large quantities of data.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to develop and maintain an extensive internal and external network of partners.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively and professionally with staff and external partners, both on a one-to-one basis and as part of a team.
  • High level of computer literacy, including strong spreadsheet skills, as well as good word processing and database skills.
  • Experience working effectively with centrally established and computerised systems and producing comprehensive reports for a variety of audiences.
