The role of Learning Coach is a rewarding one, as you will support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, a disability, learning difficulty or medical condition, and/or with ESOL, English and Maths support needs to enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, course and where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Use initiative, organise and prioritise, communicate well at all levels.
- Maintain high quality written records of learner progress, set appropriate smart targets based on EHCP outcomes, agreed support plans and coursework.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or aspiring teachers (experience not essential).
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise, communicate well.
- Good administration and computer skills.
- GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A‐C in English and Mathematics (if not already held).
