This role is based in the School of Employability at the Wandsworth Campus. The Centre School Administrator reports to the Senior Curriculum Administrator and the Head of College Administration and is responsible for creating, reviewing and updating all school timetables within EBS in accordance with timetabling guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and update all school timetables within EBS, ensuring accuracy per guidelines.
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents/carers, staff and members of the public (face‑to‑face and by phone) and liaise with the School Management Team to keep course, room and staff timetables current.
- Process visiting tutors’ claims in a timely manner.
- Liaise with MIS regarding withdrawals, transfers, late starters, early completers and cancelled enrolments.
- Support events linked to enrolment, progression and admissions, and oversee parents’ evenings and open days.
- Provide strong administrative support in a fast‑paced environment, working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- High level of computer literacy and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively.
- GCSE/Level 2 education, including English and Maths.
- Experience of providing administrative support in a curriculum setting.
- Experience liaising with and supporting students, parents/carers and staff, achieving successful resolution of enquiries.
