The role develops and manages a high-quality, cost-effective support service for learners with disabilities, medical conditions, mental health issues, and other vulnerable needs to ensure access and achievement.
You will lead referrals, undertake needs and risk assessments, and coordinate tailored support packages while supervising a team of Learning Coaches.
