South Thames Colleges Group seeks a Management Development and HR Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality management development and HR training across the Group. You will embed equality, diversity and inclusion and work with managers and the Group Leadership Team to strengthen leadership capability and HR practice.

You will design and deliver targeted development, coach at various levels, and evaluate impact to drive continuous improvement across all colleges.
