Variable Hours Kingston College and South Thames College are now looking for a bank of variable hours Examination Invigilators to manage the Colleges external examinations, in particular at the key points of January and mid-May to end of June. Ensuring the examination venues are arranged in accordance with awarding body regulations, youll collect exam materials from the exams office punctually, prior to the start of examinations and manage the entry of candidates into exam venues ensuring their belongings and unauthorised items are appropriately stored. Youll open and distribute question papers, complete attendance register, whilst identifying students, complete Examinations Diary as appropriate and maintain vigilance during the length of the whole examination. With previous experience in examination administration, youll be reliable and punctual with the ability to control an examination venue containing up to 400 candidates. Able to work under pressure, youll be a team player with excellent communication skills. Closing date for the return of a complete online application is 31st January 2025.
