Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE) Company Benefits Car Allowance Performance Related Bonus
Location: Walsall, West Midlands (Regular travel required including Worcester, Birmingham, London)
Contract: Full Time Permanent 37 hours per week

The Role
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across our OnSite businesses, developing and delivering people strategies that support operational priorities and business objectives.
You’ll ensure the people agenda is embedded within business decision-making, using your influence, commercial insight and constructive challenge to help leaders achieve their goals while identifying future risks and opportunities. Using workforce data and analytics, you’ll provide insight that supports workforce planning, performance improvement and long‑term people strategies.
Working closely with other People Partners and centres of excellence, you’ll play a key role in delivering and embedding the Group People Plan, translating organisational initiatives into meaningful outcomes within your business areas.
You’ll also lead and support HR Advisors, overseeing the delivery of expert people support across talent, succession planning, learning and development, reward, workforce planning, employee engagement and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Managing Directors and senior leadership teams to shape and deliver strategic people plans
- Influence business decisions by ensuring people implications, risks and opportunities are fully considered
- Lead and support significant organisational change initiatives, including business transformation and TUPE activity
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development strategies
- Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends, improve performance and support decision-making
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity initiatives across your business areas
- Oversee complex employee relations activity, ensuring risk is managed appropriately and managers are effectively supported
- Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Advisors to deliver a high-quality and responsive HR service
- Collaborate with specialist colleagues across Talent, Learning, Reward and Employee Relations to deliver joined-up people solutions
- Play an active role in delivering and embedding the Group People Plan
What You'll Need
We’re looking for an established People Partner who combines strong HR expertise with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for making a difference.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in a People Partner or Senior HR Business Partner role
- Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Excellent employee relations expertise, including oversight of complex cases
- Experience leading and supporting large-scale organisational change programmes
- A strong track record of coaching, influencing and developing senior leaders
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- The ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and effective people initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions
- Experience embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles into business practice
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Chartered CIPD membership (or equivalent experience)
