Salary: To £29,097 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, with weekend coverage required on a 1 in 4 rotation

Location: Bridgnorth

The Role

• Responsible for operating and maintaining booster sites, pumping stations, water treatment facilities, and tanks both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards such as tank cleaning, receiving chemical deliveries, and inspection of booster sites. Travel to other booster sites and ensure they are operating correctly.
• Personal responsibility for the care and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• General grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Operating our sludge works, a critical part of our treatment process.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders including members of the public and customers.
• You will be part of a small team working in a rotating weekend pattern including some bank holidays.

What You’ll Need

• A valid UK driving licence for travel throughout the West Midlands region.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to the role.
• Effective organisational skills to manage equipment and time efficiently.
• A desire to learn and a driven attitude towards work.
• Desirable skills include grounds maintenance experience, mechanical fitter and hands-on experience \”on the tools\”.
• Basic IT proficiency.

Essential training will be provided to help you gain confidence within the operational area.
