The Role
Are you a recent Graphic Design graduate looking to launch your career in a creative, fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphics & Web Designer to join our Group Communications team and help shape the visual identity of a diverse group of businesses.
Supporting 11 brands across the South Staffordshire Group, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging digital and print communications while helping to evolve and strengthen our brand presence.
With branding recognised as a strategic priority by our Group CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative disciplines, including graphic design, web content, photography, videography and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital and print materials that support internal communications, marketing campaigns, employer branding, and corporate initiatives across the Group.
- Support the development and maintenance of multiple brand identities, ensuring all creative output is consistent, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design engaging content for websites, social media channels, presentations, newsletters, reports, and other communication platforms.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for use across internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and accessible.
- Monitor website performance and contribute ideas to improve user experience, engagement, and search visibility.
- Manage creative projects from initial brief to final delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met.
- Provide creative advice and recommendations to colleagues across the Group, helping to enhance the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards, corporate policies, accessibility requirements, and industry best practice.
- Keep up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and digital communication developments, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- Support the wider Communications team with creative projects, campaigns, events, and business initiatives as required.
- What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a creative and ambitious graduate who is passionate about design and eager to build a career in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
- Experience creating high-quality digital and print content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- An eye for great design, strong attention to detail, and a passion for branding and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and design best practice.
- Experience using website CMS platforms, ideally Word Press or Umbraco.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn, develop and bring fresh ideas to the team.

- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Photography and videography skills.
- An understanding of SEO and website performance.
- Experience working across multiple brands or within a B2B environment.
