Our dedicated Group Services (IT) team plays a crucial role in ensuring our network infrastructure remains cutting-edge, reliable, and secure. The Role:

  • Providing IT support to the circa 3000 employees we have based all around the country.
  • 2nd line support of escalated Service Desk tickets that require in-depth trouble shooting or hands-on interaction of devices across our offices in the midlands.
  • Utilise ITSM tool to prioritise the impact of incoming cases.
  • Anti-Virus and Systems monitoring.
  • Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications.
  • Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software.
  • Administer Active Directory including Group Policies.
  • Build and support Windows 11, iOS/Android devices, Intune, Autopilot.
  • Basic network troubleshooting, TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN.
  • Patching and input managing networking equipment.
  • Assist in small project work alongside the Direct Delivery team.
  • Site visits as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Driving License.
  • Extensive experience in a relevant field and/or a degree or IT qualification.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn new technology.
  • Desire to gain new skills and experiences.
  • Customer service experience.
