Our dedicated Group Services (IT) team plays a crucial role in ensuring our network infrastructure remains cutting-edge, reliable, and secure. The Role:
- Providing IT support to the circa 3000 employees we have based all around the country.
- 2nd line support of escalated Service Desk tickets that require in-depth trouble shooting or hands-on interaction of devices across our offices in the midlands.
- Utilise ITSM tool to prioritise the impact of incoming cases.
- Anti-Virus and Systems monitoring.
- Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications.
- Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software.
- Administer Active Directory including Group Policies.
- Build and support Windows 11, iOS/Android devices, Intune, Autopilot.
- Basic network troubleshooting, TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN.
- Patching and input managing networking equipment.
- Assist in small project work alongside the Direct Delivery team.
- Site visits as needed.
What You’ll Need:
- Driving License.
- Extensive experience in a relevant field and/or a degree or IT qualification.
- Great customer service skills.
- Self-motivated to learn new technology.
- Desire to gain new skills and experiences.
- Customer service experience.
