South Staffordshire Limited is seeking a commercially minded Senior Reward Analyst to join our People Team in Walsall. You will shape and deliver the Group's reward and benefits offering, working with HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure fair, competitive pay practices aligned to business objectives.

You will analyse compensation data, benchmark trends, and lead annual pay reviews and bonus cycles, while developing reward frameworks, governance and communications across the organisation.
