The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to lead the People agenda for Echo Managed Services, part of the South Staffordshire Plc Group. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will shape strategic decisions through People insights, workforce analytics and organisational design expertise. This is a pivotal leadership role, accountable for the People Partnering and Advisory function across multiple regions, ensuring our People strategy supports business growth, operational excellence and long-term organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the MD and SLT to deliver a People Plan aligned to business goals.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Echo People team across the UK and India, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Shape the future capability of the People function, ensuring an insight-led, modern operating model.
  • Contribute to Group-wide People strategy through collaboration and thought leadership.
